The Board have appointed Foundation Scotland to manage the community funding process for our Society. Foundation Scotland are experts in matching Societies like ours with community organisations to make meaningful change.
Our fund is provided for the benefit of the environment, and for people living within the Fossoway and District Community Council area (which includes the communities of Cambo, Drum Crook of Devon, Rumbling Bridge, Powmill and Blairingone) and the Muckhart Community Council area.

In 2024, almost £50,000 was awarded to six local community organiastions. Here are some examples of what we have funded:
The Crook of Devon Village Hall
£9,500 for roof repairs that will ensure the integrity of the building can be maintained and the facility sustained as an important community hub serving the Fossoway and wider area.
Muckhart Coronation Hall
£10,000 towards the refurbishment of the toilet facilities to improve access for older people and younger children in particular, and to make the hall more attractive, comfortable and useable.
Dollar Community Development Trust
£7,000 to support the participatory development and production costs of a cycling and walking map of the Muckhart and Fossoway area.
Kinross-shire Youth Enterprise SCIO
Towards costs of a weekly youth club in Crook of Devon.
Seamab
To help with the costs of three air source heat pump systems that are a feature of the planned new school building.
